Frequently Asked Questions:

Q) What timber do you use and is it safe outdoors?

A) We use H3.2 Treated Pine timber from renewable forests, yes it is treated to last outdoors for years. It is treated to preserve against decay, fungi and bora. The green colouring you see on some slats is due to the treatment process and will fade to a greyer colour when left for a prolonged time. We do recommend staining within the first year as this will prolong its lifespan by a lot.

Q) Can we do custom sizing?

A) Yes, of course ! We are more than happy to arrange a time to either come see your space and recommend options or send us drawings/ details of what you want and we can work together. Custom orders are always great to be apart of as they make the piece all yours.

Q) Can we pay upon collection?

A) In most cases this is perfectly fine, as long as its within 50kms of our site. We will need a deposit or full payment for all custom/ stained orders.

Q) Do you make kit-set options?

A) We are working on making this an option, currently it is assembled and fully completed but plans are in place to have kitset ready to go this year.

Q) Do you offer any warranty?

A) All of our products have a 12 month warranty on the structural integrity of the build. This does mean if our products where used in a way that they shouldn't we wont be able to offer this.
